The Medina-Morrisey Family Charitable Foundation Scholarships
The Medina-Morrisey Family Charitable Foundation offers two scholarships, each valued at $5,000, to support Black students pursuing higher education in Canada. One scholarship is awarded to a Black male student, and the other to a Black female student, both enrolled in a three-year or longer program in the fields of Arts or Science at an accredited Canadian college or university. Selection criteria include academic excellence, financial need, and demonstrated community involvement.

Lumine Group Future Leaders in Technology & Business Scholarships
To cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce, this scholarship has been created to support students who demonstrate financial need and are from underrepresented groups, including persons with disabilities, racial minorities including Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, women, or LGBTQ2S+ people. Five scholarships are available.

The Ned and Myrna Blair Scholarship, administered by the Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), awards $1,000 to a student enrolled in African or Caribbean Studies at the University of Toronto or Black Studies at York University. Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, and contributions to the Black community.

The Actuarial Foundation of Canada Equality of Opportunity Scholarship
In 2021, the Actuarial Foundation of Canada (AFC) established its Equality of Opportunity Fund (EOS) to promote diversity in the actuarial, mathematics & statistics, data management and computer science professions. The EOS Fund will provide scholarships to eligible Canadian students facing financial and societal barriers to attending their intended university or college program.

This scholarship focuses on empowering and attracting enthusiastic high achievers pursuing an education in science, engineering, technology, or math (STEM) disciplines. These scholarships are valued at $5,000 CAD and are renewable for up to four years, or to the completion of your first degree.
June 2026 (Based on historical deadlines)
All applicants are Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have completed their first year of a recognized university or college in Canada, have maintained a minimum 75% average* and be registered in a full-time 2026 eligible post-secondary degree or diploma program. Students must be enrolled in their program and attending school in the Fall 2026/Winter 2027 semesters.
